1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Pragathi's Vasthra are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details and tracking information.

Delivery times may vary during festive seasons or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Enjoy FREE shipping on all prepaid orders — no minimum order value required! Simply pay online via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking to avail free delivery anywhere in India.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order on our courier partner's website.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us immediately.

• India Post (for remote areas)

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Festive season high volume
• Natural disasters or bad weather
• Strike or political disruptions
• Remote delivery locations

In such cases, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or tampered, please:

• Take a photo or video immediately upon opening
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• WhatsApp us with your order ID and photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund at the earliest.

If your order is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours and we will raise a complaint with our courier partner.
